Refund policy

Digital Products

Because Resetly digital products are delivered electronically and provide immediate access to downloadable content, all digital product sales are final once the product has been delivered or accessed.

We are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind, accidental purchases, or because a digital product has already been downloaded.

However, we want you to receive what you purchased. If you:

• experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing or downloading your purchase,
• receive an incorrect or corrupted file, or
• believe you were charged more than once for the same purchase,

please contact us at hello@resetly-home.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue and, when appropriate, provide a replacement file or refund.

Free Digital Products

Free resources, including The Reset Kit, do not have a monetary value and are therefore not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
